The Rest

Prayer & Prepare is an intentional, picnic-style gathering for women who desire rest, clarity, and alignment spiritually and practically.

This is a space to slow down with God, reflect honestly, and prepare intentionally for what’s next without pressure or performance. We’ll spend time in prayer, guided reflection, vision setting, and gentle accountability in a peaceful, supportive environment.

  • Prayer & Prepare was created from a personal need for stillness, clarity, and intentional preparation.

    This space is not led from a place of having it all figured out, but from a place of honesty, growth, and shared becoming. We gather as women learning to slow down, listen to God, and move forward together with intention.

    This is a community rooted in faith, reflection, and mutual support.

  • Our approach is simple and intentional.

    We believe clarity doesn’t come from rushing, and growth doesn’t require pressure. This gathering blends prayer, quiet reflection, and practical preparation in a way that feels grounding, honest, and supportive.

    There is no expectation to perform, share more than you’re comfortable with, or arrive with answers. Just come as you are open, present, and willing to pause.

  • This gathering is for women who:

    • Feel tired of starting seasons in survival mode

    • Desire rest and direction

    • Want to prepare for what’s next with God, not ahead of Him

    • Are seeking clarity through stillness, prayer, and reflection

    • Value growth, honesty, and community

    This may not be for you if you’re looking for:

    • A conference-style event

    • Hustle-focused goal setting

    • High-pressure accountability

    This space is gentle, intentional, and rooted in faith.

    • Contribution: $40 (Covers materials and the experience we’re creating together)
