                             Purchasing Extensions & Wigs

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes anywhere from 2-10 business days. 48 to 72hrs to process your order. After processing your order is shipped with priority , but shipping times do vary with destination location.

Can I track my order?

All tracking numbers are sent via email to the email address that was used when placing the order.

Can I place an order online and pick up in store?

All online orders are shipped out with tracking numbers. If you are local we encourage you to visit our storefront location.

How much hair do I need?

We suggest: 2-3 bundles for lengths 10"-16" 

3 bundles  or more for lengths 18" - 24"

4 bundles or more for lengths 26"-30"

5 bundles or more for lengths 30" or longer 

Can I color my SLB Extensions?

Yes! Our hair is 100% virgin hair, but we do suggested having your hair colored by a professional.

Can I do an exchange or get a refund for hair purchases?

Due to the nature of the product all hair extensions all sales are final. We take pride and responsibility in providing you with the best quality hair extensions, but it is your job to do your research in knowing exactly what you would like to have. We are available by phone and email to assist you with all your questions.

What is a SLB custom unit?

        An SLB custom units a handmade unit made to order after a consultation has been done to record               your measurements and wig specs.



How do I schedule a hair appointment?

       Appointments can be made online by visiting the link on our home page with the stylist of your choice.

Can I bring anyone to accompany me during my appointment?

          No extra guest or kids are permitted during your appointment.

Can I reuse extensions for a new appointment?

      Yes, but extensions should be throughly shampooed, conditioned and free of any thread. Please be sure to throughly rinse all product from your extensions. Laces should be free of all adhesive or a cleaning will be applied to your balance.

Things to keep in mind when visiting the salon!

  • Deposits are non-refundable or transferable unless notifying your stylist 72 hours in advance by phone only! ( NO TEXTS, NO DM, NO EMAILS)

  • We have a CASH ONLY policy for appointment balances and in store purchases.

  • Lace frontals, lace wigs, and lace closures should be dropped off at least two days in advanced  or a  $25 same day  customization fee will be applied.

  • We do not correct or work over other stylist installs.
